A quick and easy campfire stew recipe.
Camper’s Stew
1 cn Whole new potatoes
1 cn Meatballs with gravy
1 cn Green beans
8 oz Can tomato sauce
1 cn carrots,Diced
2 T onion,Dehydrated
Drain liquid from vegetables, save 1 cup. Combine all ingredients,
bring to a boil and serve. Delicious also with “biscuit mix” dumplings.
Follow directions on package. Serves 2 to 3. Easily doubled.
