Dutch oven braised beef with vegetables

If you are looking for a complete meal in a dutch oven, this one provides not only protein, but your veggies as well.

Even though this meal takes a few hours to cook, it’s mostly hands off and all of the prep is done at home.

Campfire Potatoes and Onions

Campfire Potatoes and onions are a basic staple of campfire cooking.  Easy to make and as always if you can do some of the prep at home, I’d encourage you to do so.

Foil cooking also helps with cleanup as it’s just a simple matter of throwing away the foil after the meal is prepared.

I’d also suggest using a bit of non-stick cooking spray or a small amount of cooking oil on the foil before adding your ingredients and turn over frequently to avoid burning.
